How to Securely Manage Your Account and Contact Support

Your CoLi Link account is the control center for your digital infrastructure. Keeping it secure is just as important as securing your server. Here is how to manage your account safely and get fast help when you need it.
 
1. Security Best Practices
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We highly recommend enabling 2FA in your Account Settings. This requires a code from your phone to log in, preventing unauthorized access even if someone steals your password.
  • Use Strong, Unique Passwords: Never use the same password for your CoLi Link account and your server's root access.
  • Monitor Sub-Accounts: If you have a team, use our "Sub-Accounts" feature to give them their own login. Never share your primary administrative password.
2. Managing Your Services
Through your client area, you have 24/7 control over your VPS/VDS and Domains. You can:
  • Update your contact information (essential for domain ownership).
  • View and pay invoices via MoMo or Card.
  • View your server's real-time bandwidth and resource usage.
3. How to Contact Technical Support
To ensure the fastest resolution, we use a professional Support Ticket System. This allows our Accra-based engineers to track your issue and see your server’s history.
  • Step 1: Log in and click on "Open Ticket."
  • Step 2: Choose the correct department (e.g., Technical Support, Billing, or Sales).
  • Step 3: Be specific. Include your Server IP and any error messages you are seeing.
  • Step 4: Attach screenshots if possible. This helps us diagnose "connection timed out" issues much faster.
4. Why use Tickets instead of WhatsApp or Phone?
