Mail Server Configuration (IMAP, POP3, SMTP)

Use these configuration settings to set up your business email address in external mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, iPhone/iPad, and Android devices.


Recommended Configuration (Secure SSL / TLS)

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) mail.coliserver.com (Port 993, SSL/TLS)
Incoming Mail Server (POP3) mail.coliserver.com (Port 995, SSL/TLS)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) mail.coliserver.com (Port 465, SSL/TLS
Username / Account Name Your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com)
Password Your email account password
Outgoing (SMTP) Authentication Required (Use the same username and password as incoming)

Key Notes for Setup

    • Server Hostname: Always use mail.coliserver.com for incoming and outgoing servers.
    • Authentication: Ensure "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is checked in your mail client settings.
    • IMAP vs. POP3: We recommend IMAP so your emails, folders, and read statuses synchronize across all your computers and mobile devices.
