Why Scale Your Resources?

How to Upgrade Your Plan:
- Log in to your Dashboard: Go to your client area at coli.com.gh.
- Select Your Service: Click on the VPS or VDS you wish to upgrade.
- Click "Upgrade/Downgrade": Look for this option in the sidebar or under the "Management" menu.
- Choose Your New Package: Select the higher-tier plan that has the CPU and RAM you need.
- Complete the Payment: Pay the pro-rated difference via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or card.
- Reboot to Apply: Once the payment is confirmed, simply Reboot your server from the panel to activate the new resources.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Will I lose my data? No. Scaling resources adds power to your existing server. Your files, databases, and IP address remain exactly the same.
- How long does it take? The upgrade is usually applied to your account within minutes of payment.
- Can I downgrade later? Yes, you can downgrade your plan; however, please note that disk space cannot be shrunk due to data safety risks. We recommend scaling RAM and CPU first.
